Team Leader – Mortgage Process (Requirements – 2)

Qualification: Bsc (CT, CS , IT) or BCA  Gradudates or a 3 Years Diploma (DCE,DCA,DCT,DIT, DCS)
Experience : Minimum 6  years of experience in ITES international Mortgage, Credit Approval, Credit – Reconciliation, Loans processing, Equity research with atleast 2 years experience handling a team of 15-20 members.
Skills : Excellent communication in english (all four levels,Verbal / Written / Listening / Reading)to communicate with US clients.

Job Description:   

  • Plan, organize and allocate tasks to the team members.
  • Achieve team targets on time.
  • Provide quality files.
  • Identifying and analyzing problems and providing the right solution.
  • Conducting process training for the team members
  • Maintain & prepare team reports.
  • Conduct regular team meetings with the team and identify the area of improvement.
  • Evaluate the performance of the team members.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team members.
  • Prepare process documents and update the changes as and when required.
