WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Candidates having 4-6 year s experience with minimum 2-4 years of .Net, C# and SQL Server experience and minimum 1 Year of Team Handling experience.
  • Should demonstrate ability to design, develop, and implement complete solutions. Should have worked in at least one project in all the phases of SDLC i.e. from the requirements phase till deployment phase.
  • Communicate with Onsite and other business users with proper status of projects.
  • Resolve issues and escalate to next level whenever necessary.
  • Mentor the team and groom them to the next level.
  • Should possess the ability to manage the expectations of both internal and external customers and adapt to client specific need.
